Shipping Methods

Standard shipping for all our items is UPS Ground. If you contact us, we'll be happy to do any type of expedited shipping you wish.

Insurance

UPS insures packages against loss or damage automatically up to $100 at no additional charge. Additional insurance is 35 cents per extra $100 of insured value, up to $50,000. If your package is valued over $100 and you wish to insure it completely, contact us and we'll happily accommodate your needs.

Estimated Shipping Time

For UPS Ground, items take approximately five business days.

Tracking Your Package

UPS will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

Returns Policy

We accept items in their original condition no questions asked if returned within 30 days of the shipping of the item. Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item itself less a 25% restocking fee, unless you wish to exchange your item for another of equal value.

Warranty Information

Our products are warrantied for the life of the product. If your item is damaged through normal wear and tear, you may send it back to us (you'll pay for shipping to the factory and we'll pay for shipping it back to you) and we'll repair it at no cost. Please contact us before returning any item to make sure we will accept it for repair.
